RUNWAYS OVER GUNPLAY South Central

Runways Over Gunplay lives to contribute to collective global action against gun violence. A community-activated 5k run, free shoe giveaway, breakfast, and fellowship at the Avalon Carver Center in Los Angeles, California, on November 18th, 2023.

Runners and participants pulled up; each step of the run showed commitment to pushing inspiration back into the communities from which they pull inspiration and revenue. All donations and proceeds went to Avalon Carver and Feed The Streets. More than a single event, Runways Over Gunplay will continue to support and celebrate community organizations working to build peace and bring out the best of Los Angeles.
